Head Nurse – Nursing Supervisor NEW

We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and maintain high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with hospital policies, discipline, and performance standards.

• Prepare staff duty rosters and manage workforce allocation to minimize overtime.

• Monitor patient care, including hygiene, medication administration, vital signs, and wound dressing.

• Ensure accurate patient documentation and proper handovers across shifts.

• Implement and coordinate staff development and training programs.

• Collaborate with other departments for smooth ward operations.

• Conduct regular ward rounds and promptly report incidents or discrepancies.

• Monitor medical supplies, equipment functionality, and ward inventory.

• Counsel and guide nursing staff to enhance performance and morale.

• Provide support during emergencies and resource shortages.
